Ba-bye Diabetes


Meet Josh! When his Dr. told him just 3 short months ago that if things didn’t change she would put him not on 1 medication, not 2 or 3, but rather 4 medications to deal with his diabetic state, he got serious!

He increased his personal training from 2 to 3 days a week and got diligent with his nutrition. Now, 3 months later and 29 pounds lighter, he reports, “All my levels went down and the diabetes one went from 7.5% to 6%.”

I asked with joy, “So does this mean no medication?” Josh replied with this amazing news, “Nope, just stay on my current path of eating and exercising. I’m technically pre-diabetic still but I’m only .03% from being cleared of that…no meds!!”

Way to go Josh! Your resolve to continue on a path of wellness makes me smile! Thank you for being diligent and refusing to allow a diagnosis to define you but rather propel you to take action and overcome every obstacle sent your way!
