Ben Kroger is a knowledgeable personal trainer who received his Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion at South Dakota State University. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has trained a wide variety of clients.
Ben has worked with mothers who want to get in shape after pregnancy, athletes desiring to enhance their performance, busy executives trying to get fit and relieve stress, and groups of individuals looking to increase their overall wellness.
You will get the most out of your workouts as Ben is diligent in keeping up to date with the latest exercise approaches as well as incorporating the tried and true techniques of the past. He will motivate you to reach your health and fitness goals. The key to exercise adherence is finding movements that are enjoyable for you. Ben will help you explore all the possibilities with innovative exercise routines that deliver incredible results.
Mimi Kroger’s passion for the fitness industry is evidenced by having exercised herself diligently for over 25 years. After making the switch from class participant to avid group instructor, she saw the benefit of specifically tailored training sessions designed to pursue individual goals. As a result, she soon began her personal training career.
After a few major life-changing events, including an unexpected diagnosis of Lupus and a battle with kidney failure, she came to the understanding that life is precious and optimal health is to be valued and passed on to others.
Mimi is certified with reputable organizations including Schwinn, AFAA, ACE, and NASM. She specializes in various training methods including indoor cycling, kickboxing, boot camp, interval training, strength conditioning, and senior population fitness. As a wellness coach professional and nutrition guide, her credentials also include the title of Behavior Change Specialist.
